Part Time Server
Location: Newington, CT, 06111
We are seeking a part time server to join our team at our restaurant in Newington, CT. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food service industry and be able to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
